Use this tool to cut through the durable PVC material of WireHide Raceway ducts, or Raceway Cover Lids cable covers. 
The tool is easy to use: 

• Open the safety locking band at the base of the handles 
• Depress the blade unlocking button to release blade to the open position 
• Once open, squeeze the handles together to ratchet the blade into a closed position 
• This motion will cut through the PVC easily.
